1. Payment Policy

• Payment Methods: Bank Transfer (to the designated account) or PayPal. All payments must be made in Japanese Yen (JPY).

• Payment Structure: Full pre-payment is required as a general rule.

• Transaction Fees: All transaction fees must be covered by the payer. Please ensure the final amount deposited into my account matches the exact amount on the invoice. For PayPal payments, a transaction fee will be added to the total amount.

• Refund Policy: Once paid, tuition and other fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.

2. Rules & Regulations

• Prohibition of Recording: Recording (video or audio) and screen capturing (screenshots) of my sessions are strictly prohibited to protect privacy and intellectual property rights.

• Course Materials: Any materials provided by me are for the exclusive use of the enrolled student. Transferring, lending, reprinting, or redistributing these materials on social media or to any third party is strictly forbidden.

• Nature of Advisory Service: For advisory and consultation sessions, the client is responsible for providing the agenda or specific questions. I do not provide pre-set textbooks or specific teaching materials for these sessions.

• Level Assessment: To ensure maximum educational benefit, I reserve the right to decline enrollment if I determine that a student’s proficiency level is a mismatch for the course.

3. Attendance & Technical Environment

• Cancellations & Make-ups: No make-up sessions, transfers, or refunds will be provided for absences due to the student's personal reasons.

• Technical Issues: Students are responsible for ensuring a stable Zoom connection and a proper online environment. I am not responsible for any interruptions or delays caused by technical issues on the student's side.

4. Scheduling & Miscellaneous
